Watching videos may not help in improving things. Instead, you need to take something from it which may boost up your carrer.

Having a conversation with a leader may help you in some way but not all the time. Start thinking as one so you'd getting more crappy ideas which definitely will lead you to good ones.

This is a start for improving my writing skill through blogging something which is crap. May be one day I would be writing some article about interesting facts.

For now it is all about the day at work place in weekend:

It is a lousy day that I had at my office. While the others roam or party in weekend, I am one of those guys who come to office to support someone with many problems.

I felt bored today with no enthusiasm or fun at work place. I believe that there should be something or the other which motivates us or make us feel better to be productive in office hours. If the life starts boring in the morning, it ends up the same way.

However, there is always a cheer-up person in every team who would an entertainer or a play-toy for having a fun talk about to cheer up some small moments.

I am always up for suggestions or comments which should be constructive to improve my skills.
